Full insurance coverage: does not cover dogs, and damage to the cargo box or exterior caused by a dog scratching. 2. Based on the customer's provided dog weight of approximately 30KG and not requiring a crate. 3. The customer is responsible for securing and controlling the dog's movement and behavior within the cargo box while driving. 4. Our company provides rear seat covers and rear floor protection, etc. 5. Dog owners must provide their dog's documentation one week prior to departure, such as the dog's entry permit, rabies vaccination certificate, and a Japanese-approved microchip (15-digit microchip number). 6. If the vehicle has an odor or is dirty, an additional cleaning fee of 20,000 yen and business interruption compensation may apply. 7. Any damage to the vehicle that may be caused by the pet will incur additional repair fees and business interruption compensation. 8. Service animals such as guide dogs are exempt from the above restrictions, but relevant supporting documents are required.
